Recommended Positive: Much better than in the pictures! Clean, nice staff and seamless check-in. Location perfect, 3 min walk from Galleria. I’ll surely come back. Negative: The check-in is at 16 which is super late. Otherwise perfect.

Great location, easy access to Cleveland Clinic Positive: Location was perfect for visiting the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Negative: I would have liked a few more instructions about the access card (that it was needed for parking and gym) and location of the gym.
